Senior Full-Stack Engineer
seRevel is an AI-native POC management platform built by Sales Engineers for Sales Engineers. We're early stage and small, which means the codebase is still shaped by whoever ships. You'll own features end to end: the Next.js frontend, the Node and Postgres backend, and the connectors that pull POC data in from Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and ProductBoard. The people you're building for are on the team. You'll hear what's wrong with your feature the same day.

- Ship features end to end in TypeScript, from the React/Next.js UI through the Node API to the Postgres schema.
- Build and maintain the third-party connectors, including auth, sync, rate limits, and the failure modes each vendor brings with it.
- Work with the AI worker that calls LLMs to turn raw POC data into insights, use-case intelligence, and coaching. Get the data model right so the AI has something worth reasoning over.
- Run what you ship. Docker-based deploys, watching your own code in production, and fixing it when it breaks. There's no ops team to hand it to yet.
- Talk to the SEs who use the product, including the ones on our own team, and turn what you hear into scoped, shippable work. At this stage that's also how we decide what to build next.
- Review code, write the docs you wish existed, and make the next engineer's first week easier than yours.
What we're looking for
- Several years building and running production web applications in TypeScript, with React/Next.js on the frontend and Node on the backend.
- Solid relational database skills. You've designed Postgres schemas, written the queries, and tuned the slow ones.
- You've integrated with third-party APIs in production: OAuth flows, webhooks, pagination, retries, and the edge cases vendors don't document.
- You can take a loosely defined problem, scope it, build it, and ship it without waiting to be told each step.
- Clear written communication. We're remote-first, so most decisions happen in text.
Nice to have
- You've built products that call LLMs in production and know where they help and where they don't.
- You've worked with any of the APIs we integrate with, especially Salesforce or Slack.
- You've been a Sales Engineer, worked closely with SEs, or sold technical products. You'll understand our users faster.
- You've been an early engineer at a startup and know what it's like when there's no platform team yet.
