Product Designer (UX/UI)
Remote Full-time Product
seRevel is built by Sales Engineers for Sales Engineers, and the team is almost entirely SEs and developers. You'd own design: research with SEs, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and the design system behind it. You'll decide how POC management should feel and work directly with the engineers who ship it.
Apply by emailWhat you'll do
- Talk to Sales Engineers and SE leaders about how they actually run POCs, then turn what you learn into flows and priorities
- Design end to end: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for the SE workspace, customer portals, and AI coaching surfaces
- Build and maintain the seRevel design system so a small team ships consistent UI fast
- Define how AI insights, suggestions, and coaching show up in the product. AI assists, never replaces, and the UI has to make that true
- Make integration-heavy screens (Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Jira) clear and calm instead of cluttered
- Sit with engineers on the React and Next.js front end, review what ships against the design, and iterate on it
- Run lightweight usability tests with real SEs and feed the results back into the product
What we're looking for
- Shipped B2B SaaS products end to end, from research through high-fidelity UI, and can show the work
- Strong UI craft: typography, layout, and interaction detail that hold up in dense, data-heavy screens
- Built or maintained a design system in Figma or a comparable tool
- Run your own user research: recruit, interview, synthesize, decide
- Work directly with engineers and review what shipped in the browser, not just in Figma
- Write clearly. Most of our work happens async on a remote-first team
Nice to have
- Designed AI-assisted workflows where suggestions and human judgment sit side by side
- Background in or close to Sales Engineering, presales, or technical sales
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React, enough to prototype in code or adjust a component yourself
- Designed products used by two audiences at once, like an internal team and their customers, or dark interfaces (seRevel is one)
