Growth Marketing Manager

You're our first marketing hire, and you own everything that fills that funnel: paid search and paid social, SEO content, lifecycle email, website conversion, and the analytics behind them. No agency to hand off to. No playbook to inherit. You write it.

- Run paid acquisition end to end: Google Ads and paid social, from keyword and audience research to ad copy, landing pages, budgets, and quality score.
- Build the SEO content program: pick the topics Sales Engineers actually search for, write or edit the pieces, and get them ranking.
- Own lifecycle email: turn Individual-tier signups into active workspaces, and active workspaces into Starter and Team upgrades.
- Improve website conversion: test hero copy, the signup flow, and the pricing page, and fix what the data says is leaking.
- Set up and maintain the analytics stack (GA4, conversion tracking, attribution) so every dollar and every page has a number next to it.
- Report on funnel performance weekly, in plain language, and kill what isn't working.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns for a B2B SaaS product.
- Working knowledge of GA4: event setup, conversions, funnels, and reading the data without help.
- Strong writing. You can produce ad copy, a landing page, an onboarding email, and a long-form SEO article, and each one sounds like a person wrote it. Our readers are SEs and they can smell marketing from a mile away.
- Practical SEO experience: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content that ranks.
- Comfortable being the only marketer. You scope, prioritize, execute, and measure your own work.
Nice to have
- You've been a Sales Engineer, sold to SEs, or marketed to a sales or pre-sales audience.
- Experience with product-led growth funnels: free tier to paid, self-serve signup, in-product upgrade prompts.
- Familiarity with lifecycle email tooling and basic HTML for email templates.
- Enough SQL or spreadsheet skill to pull your own numbers from raw data.
